Why with Abdulrahman?

Abdulrahman Mohammed Abdullah is a senior trainer in mindfulness at the Institute for Mindfulness Development, Germany. He is also a teacher and spiritual awakener. After a long journey spanning more than twenty years toward awareness and enlightenment, he has developed his own methodology for achieving awareness and spiritual awakening. He teaches a wide range of sciences, including bio-energy healing, positive psychology, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), coaching, hypnotherapy, family systems therapy, and the Enneagram.
